校准员证书及培训 Calibration Personnel Certification and Training

随着我国改革开放的深入和经济高速发展，企业计量技术与检测/校准技术也得到长足进步。为了有针对性地解决目前困扰企业实验室工作的若干疑难问题，从计量着手，加强产品的质量管控、科学地降低成本、防范质量风险，进一步提高实验室的计量人员技术水平，开展计量校准员培训班。

 一、培训目的：

为了更好的进行过程控制，培养具备专业知识的计量校准员为企业内部实验室建立相关规程；执行相关设备操作；保证计量数据是可靠的；科学的进行仪器的管理、校准和维护。

二、培训内容：

 从事计量器具的校准、校验、检查、测量、维修、及检斤、计斤、司磅的人员，包括以下通用项目（可根据企业需求替换规程）：

1、长度计量校准员：包含JJG 30-2012通用卡尺、JJG 21-2008千分尺、JJG 34-2022指示表三个检定规程；

2、热工计量校准员：包含JJG 130-2011工作用玻璃液体温度计、JJG 205-2005机械式温湿度计、JJF 1101-2019环境试验设备温度、湿度参数校准规范三个规程； 

3、力学计量校准员:包含JJG 52-2013弹性元件式一般压力表、压力真空表和真空表、JJG 1036-2022电子天平、JJG 196-2006常用玻璃量器三个检定规程；

4、电磁计量校准员:包含JJG 124-2005电流表、电压表、功率表及电阻表检定规程、JJF 1587-2016数字多用表校准规范、JJF 1597-2016直流稳压电源校准规范三个规范；

5、无线电计量校准员:包含JJG 262-1996模拟示波器检定规程、JJG 840-2015函数发生器检定规程、JJF 1387-2013矢量示波器校准规范三个检定规程；

6、时间、频率计量校准员:包含JJG 237-2010秒表检定规程、JJG 603-2018频率表检定规程、JJF 1282-2011电子式时间继电器三个检定规程；

7、化学计量校准员：包含JJG119-2018 实验室pH（酸度）计检定规程、JJG 700-2016 气相色谱仪检定规程、JJG 693-2011 可燃气体检测报警器三个检定规程；

8、声学计量校准员:包含JJG 607-2003声频信号发生器检定规程、JJG746-2004超声探伤仪检定规程、JJG 639-1998医用超声诊断仪超声源三个规程；

9、光学计量校准员:包含JJG 211-2021亮度计.JJG 245-2005光照度计、JJG 696-2015镜向光泽度计和光泽度板三个检定规程；

10、电离辐射计量校准员：JJG40-2011 X射线探伤机检定规程、JJG 393-2018 便携式X、γ辐射周围剂量当量(率)仪和监测仪检定规程、JJG1067-2011医用诊断数字减影血管造影(DSA)系统X射线辐射源三个检定规程。

三、教材及考核：

  教材统一由中国计量协会提供，考核由理论和技能两部分组成。

四、证书颁发：

  理论和技能两部分均合格者，颁发中国计量协会校准员证书（证书查询网址：www.cma-cma.org.cn）。培训计入中国计量协会注册计量师继续教育学时。

With China's deepening reform and rapid economic growth, enterprises have made significant advancements in measurement and testing/calibration technologies. To address the current challenges faced by enterprise laboratories, we have launched a calibration personnel training program. This initiative focuses on strengthening product quality control, scientifically reducing costs, mitigating quality risks, and enhancing the technical expertise of laboratory metrology personnel.

###1. Training Objectives  

- Support process control by training professional calibration personnel to establish relevant procedures for internal laboratories.  

- Enable personnel to perform equipment operations, ensure reliable measurement data, and manage, calibrate, and maintain instruments scientifically.

### 2. Training Content

The training is designed for personnel engaged in the calibration, verification, inspection, measurement, repair, and weighing of measuring instruments. The program includes the following general modules (specific regulations may be adjusted based on enterprise needs):  

1. Dimensional Metrology Calibration  

   Includes JJG 30-2012 (General Calipers), JJG 21-2008 (Micrometers), and JJG 34-2022 (Dial Indicators).  

2. Thermal Metrology Calibration  

   Includes JJG 130-2011 (Working Liquid-in-Glass Thermometers), JJG 205-2005 (Mechanical Hygrothermographs), and JJF 1101-2019 (Calibration of Temperature and Humidity Parameters in Environmental Test Equipment).  

3. Mechanical Metrology Calibration

   Includes JJG 52-2013 (Elastic Element Pressure Gauges), JJG 1036-2022 (Electronic Balances), and JJG 196-2006 (Common Laboratory Glassware).  

4. Electrical Metrology Calibration  

   Includes JJG 124-2005 (Ammeters, Voltmeters, Wattmeters, and Ohmmeters), JJF 1587-2016 (Digital Multimeters), and JJF 1597-2016 (DC Stabilized Power Supplies).  

5. Radio Metrology Calibration  

   Includes JJG 262-1996 (Analog Oscilloscopes), JJG 840-2015 (Function Generators), and JJF 1387-2013 (Vector Signal Analyzers).  

6. Time and Frequency Metrology Calibration  

   Includes JJG 237-2010 (Stopwatches), JJG 603-2018 (Frequency Meters), and JJF 1282-2011 (Electronic Time Relays).  

7. Chemical Metrology Calibration

   Includes JJG 119-2018 (Laboratory pH Meters), JJG 700-2016 (Gas Chromatographs), and JJG 693-2011 (Combustible Gas Detectors).  

8. Acoustic Metrology Calibration

   Includes JJG 607-2003 (Audio Signal Generators), JJG 746-2004 (Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors), and JJG 639-1998 (Medical Ultrasound Diagnostic Equipment).  

9. Optical Metrology Calibration  

   Includes JJG 211-2021 (Luminance Meters), JJG 245-2005 (Illuminance Meters), and JJG 696-2015 (Glossmeters and Gloss Calibration Plates).  

10. Ionizing Radiation Metrology Calibration

    Includes JJG 40-2011 (X-Ray Flaw Detectors), JJG 393-2018 (Portable X/γ Radiation Dose Rate Meters), and JJG 1067-2011 (Medical Digital Subtraction Angiography Systems).

### 3. Training Materials and Assessment

- Training materials are uniformly provided by the China Metrology Association (CMA).  

- The assessment consists of theoretical knowledge and practical skills components.

### 4. Certification  

Participants who pass both the theoretical and practical assessments will receive the Calibration Personnel Certificate issued by the China Metrology Association.

- The training hours count toward the continuing education requirements for Registered Metrology Engineers in China.
